It seemed like the most obvious thing imaginable. Three of us had tickets to see ZZ Top on Halloween. In Dallas, Texas, no less. We went to the costume shop and got fake beards — blonde, brown and ginger. Three pairs of “cheap sunglasses” later, our outfits were set.
